摘要
目的:分析手术室麻醉药品管理问题,探索科学有效的手术室麻醉药品管理模式。方法:运用现场调研及深度访谈了解现行的手术室麻醉药品管理流程,并利用风险管理工具故障树分析法找出存在的主要问题。结果:手术室麻醉药品的管理问题主要有:对账出错、药品质量出错和人员配备不合理,提出创建手术室药房、引入SPD系统。结论:建立长效监管机制以实现手术室麻醉药品的规范化管理。
Objective： To explore a scientific and effective method for the narcotic drug management in operating room. Methods： Investigate current process of m^magement through field research and depth interview,then using the FTA to analyze the problem of the process. Results： Major problems of narcotic drug management in operating room are as follows, accounting glitch, quality error and incorrect personnel allocation. Conclusion： Proposals of this article put forward are creating operating pharmacy, bringing in the SPD system and perfecting its supervision.
