短期内发展成脑梗死的短暂性脑缺血发作危险因素分析 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)发展为脑梗死的危险因素,为脑梗死预防工作提供依据。方法选择TIA患者227例,按其年龄、血压、血糖、胆固醇、急性冠脉综合征病史、吸烟史、缺血性心脑血管病家族史、TIA发作频率、症状持续时间及肢体肌力将患者积分后分组比较发生脑梗死的情况。结果积分越高,脑梗死的发生率越高;积分在21分及以上者脑梗死的发生率显著升高。结论 TIA患者发展为脑梗死与年龄、血压、血糖、血脂、急性冠脉动综合征病史、吸烟史、家族中缺血性心脑血管病史、TIA发作频率及症状持续时间、肢体肌力有关。
