摘要
针对目前地震灾情速报信息多类型、多渠道、多时序的报送方式,该研究利用3S技术,实现了多源异构数据的融合,构建了震害背景信息和灾区震害信息的专题数据库,为利用ArcGIS实现空间关联和叠加分析奠定了基础.以江苏省为例,通过对"地震应急指挥辅助决策技术系统"现有专题图成图方法进行改进,利用.NET和AE进行开发,利用专题图模板和系统调用相结合的方法,研制出了震害空间分布图最快速和最灵活的出图方法,使出图速度提高了3-10倍.
As materials about earthquake disaster were submitted by the way of multi - type, multi - channel and multi - timing, the seismic damage information was difficult to be efficiently derived from them. In order to resolve this problem, multi -source heterogeneous data was integrated with 3S technology in this research, and the thematic databases on background and damage information in seismic area were constructed, which made it possible and convenient for spatial association and overlay analysis with ArcGIS. Taking a case in Jiangsu Province for example, the existing thematic mapping method was improved in the earthquake emergency command decision support system. Furthermore, with the use of . NET and ArcEngine, a faster and more flexible mapping way was designed for earthquake damage space distribution. As a result, the speed of outputting thematic maps was raised 3 - 10 times than before.
