摘要
在当前的形势下 ,我省的小麦生产向何处去 ,从来没有像今天这样令人忧虑。本文分析了我省小麦生产现状和在农业中的地位 ,指出 :改变我省小麦“质次、价高和加工业不适应”的现状 ,是我省今后小麦生产的工作重点。我省是人口大省 ,必须稳住一定的小麦面积和产量以维持粮食供应的稳定 ,并通过优质小麦品种的推广逐步实现小麦生产的区域化和专业化 ;通过进口优质小麦发展面食加工业 ,然后用我省的本地优质小麦取代进口小麦。本文就适应上述小麦生产要求的小麦育种进行了讨论 ,指出了今后四川省小麦育种攻关的研究方向、工作策略和应解决的重大问题。
The current situation and problems of wheat production in Sichuan Province in the Southwest China, are analysed from the viewpoint of the agricultural industralization and the sustainable development of agriculture. Because of large population and limited land is Sichuan, the wheat production plays an important role in guaranteeing the effective supply of staple food. It is necessary to stabilize the wheat production in Sichuan Province. In order to improve the competitive capacity of wheat product in market, to increase farmer's income, to promote agricultural industrialization and to realize the sustainable development of agriculture, it is crucial to spread the new cultivars of wheat with high quality, to realize specialization of wheat production and to develop processing industry for wheat. Focal point of the work in the wheat breeding programm of Sichuan in next 5 years is discussed in this paper. In development of the wheat cultivars the stress must be laid on good quality, high yield, resistance to main diseases and for processing suitability.
