摘要
作为中国第一所独立设置的旅游学院,四川旅游学院的建立将填补国内尚无独立设置的旅游本科院校的空白,成为中国西部乃至全国旅游人才培养的重要高地。文章提出要打造餐饮旅游业品牌高校,必须从确立奋斗目标、理清发展思路、加强学科建设、抓住关键措施4个方面入手,探索出一条全新的跨越发展之路。
As the only higher institution of tourism in China, Sichuan Tourism University aims to establish itself as a major educational base for practitioners in the tourism industry of Western China and even the whole country. The paper argues that its development should be focused on the following four aspects : objectives, strategies, program development and specific measures.
