摘要
不断加强和创新社会管理,是我们为全面建设小康社会提供安定良好的社会局面的重要途径和手段。在当前房价居高不下的情况下,解决好城镇中低收入人群的住房问题,是社会管理创新中绝对不能忽视的重要问题。分析了保障性住房建设与社会管理创新的紧密联系,并从法律层面提出了进一步推进保障性住房建设的相关意见和建议。
Nowadays, the reform and economy development of China has come to a historical key point. It is extremely important for the CCP and government to settle down the issues and problems in the whole society and make a peaceful environment for peo- ple. But the housing price is so high that middle or low - income people can＇t afford an apartment in the city. This may cause chaos and instability to the whole society. So, to make middle or low - income people affordable housing is a priority task. The relationship between Management of Society and affordable housing is analyzed and some juristic advice is given.
