茶扦插苗刺腐霉病菌在中国的发现及其生理特性 被引量:7

摘要 茶扦插苗根腐性苗枯病在广西各地苗圃普遍发生,造成死苗。经鉴定,Pythium spinosum Sawada是该病重要病原菌之一。生理测定表明,该菌生长温度范围7~35℃,最适温度25~30℃,高湿度下生长良好,最适pH7.0~8.2,CA基质有利于繁殖体形成。对光照无特异需求,紫外灯照射生长减缓。这是刺腐霉对茶扦插苗致病性的首次报道。 Root rot of tea cutting seedlings occurs universally in the seedling nurseries in different areas in Guangxi and the damage was serious. It was identified that Pythium spinosum Sawada was one of the important pathogens. The results of physiological tests showed that the temperature range for the pathogen growth was 7 - 35℃ with the optimal of 25 - 30℃ . The growth was well at high humidity. The optimal pH was 7.0 - 8.2. Carrot agar(CA) favoured the formation of propagula. The growth was good under fluorescent lamp, scattered light and in dark for the pathogen but not good under ultraviolet lamp . This is the first report on P . spinosum in tea cutting seedlings in China .
