摘要
研究9种植物种子分泌物对终极腐霉(Pythiumultimum)和刺腐霉(P.spinosum)菌丝生长及卵孢子形成的影响,及其与苗期病害发生关素的结果,这二种腐霉在含不同植物种子分泌物的培养条件下菌丝生长速度、生长量和卵孢子的形成数量有较大差异,其中腐霉菌丝生长速度和生长量与出苗数呈显著的负相关,而与猝倒苗数关系不密切;腐霉卵孢子的形成数量与苗期病害无相关性。
The influences of 9 kinds of plant seed exudates on the growth of mycelia and formation of oospores of Pythium ultimum and P. spinosum, and their relationship to pre or post-emergence damping-off were studied in this paper. The growing rates (GR), dry weights (DW) of mycelia and oospore numbers (ON) of the two Pythium species in tested seed exudates were different. The rates of emergence were significantly related to GR and DW, but post-emergence damping-off did not. In addition, no direct relationship of ON to seed and seedling diseases was found in this test.
