自动疝气针在单孔微型腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术中的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]探讨疝气针行单孔微型腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术的疗效。[方法]应用自行研制的获得国家专利的自动疝气针,结合13F的输尿管镜,经脐部5mm切口,行小儿斜疝高位结扎317例(单侧261例,双侧56例),观察疗效。[结果1317例手术均获成功。术后1~4d出院。均无血肿,气肿,积液,切口感染及切口疝等并发症的发生,随访6~51个月,未见复发。[结论]专利自动疝气针结合输尿管镜的单孔微型腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术,简单易学,效果确切,值得临床推广应用。 [Objective] To explore the efficacy of domestic patent hernia needle in single-hole miniature endo- scopic hernial sac high ligation for pediatric oblique inguinal hernia. [Methods] Domestic automatic hernia needle that obtained national patent was used and combined with 13F ureteroscopy in high ligation for 317 cases of pediat- ric oblique inguinal hernia(261 cases of unilateral lesion and 56 cases of bilateral lesion) through 5ram umbilical incision. The efficacy was observed. [Results] All 317 cases were performed suceessfully. At 1 to 4 days after surgery, all patients discharged from the hospital. There were no complications such as hematoma, emphysema, effusion, wound infection and ineisional hernia. During 6-51 months of follow-up, no recurrence was found. [Conclusion] Patent automatic hernia needle combined ureteroscope in single-hole miniature endoscopic hernial sac high ligation for pediatric oblique inguinal hernia is easy to learn, and has the certain efficacy, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
