摘要
西部地区农村中小学体育资源优先发展是促进西部地区教育均衡发展的关键环节。通过问卷调查、专家访谈及数理统计等方法对我国西部地区农村中小学体育资源优先发展相关问题进行研究。结果表明:1)根据西部地区农村中小学体育资源优先发展各维度贡献程度分析得到5个变量中重要程度依次是:学校体育物力资源、学校体育人力资源、学校体育财力资源、学校体育民族资源、学校体育政策资源;2)不同群体(体育教师与学生)对西部地区农村中小学体育资源优先发展评价存在差异(T=1.786,P<0.05),不同职称体育教师体育资源优先发展评价存在显著性差异(F=7.406,P<0.01);3)从资源配置功能转换、人力、教育及课程不同层面提出学校体育资源优先发展模式。据此从学校体育硬性资源和软性资源两方面进行优先发展路径选择,为宏观决策提供理论参考依据。
Giving priority to the development of western rural primary and secondary school resources is the key link to promote its benign development. This paper did a research on the related problems through questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics methods. The results show that： 1 ）According to contribution degree analysis in giving priority to the development to get five variables： school sports material resources, school sports human resources, school sports finan- cial resources, school sports national resources, school sports policy resources. 2）Appraisal of different groups （sports teachers and students ）to the priority development exists difference （T = 1. 786 ,P 〈0.05 ） ,and different title physical education teachers＇ evaluation also exists significant difference （ F = 7. 406, P 〈 0.01 ）. 3 ） From the function conversion, human resources, education, curriculum puts forward the foundation of school sports resources priority development mode. Ac- cordingly, from the two aspects of school sports hard resources and soft resources to select priority development path for theoretical reference of macro decision - making.
