摘要
运用调查访问法、随机抽样法、文献资料法、对比分析法、实地考察等,对渝东南地区城乡中小学体育的现状进行研究,进而提出解放思想,转变观念,构建适合城乡学校的体育课程体系;建立保障学校体育正常运转的资金体系,拓宽融资渠道、加大经费投入,改善学校体育的基础设施条件;加强师资队伍建设,调动体育教师工作积极性;因地制宜,因材施教,不断提高体育教学水平;加大投入,优化办学条件;制订附合各级农村学校体育的教学大纲、教材及评估体系来实现实现城乡优势体育教师资源共享,以城带乡、以城哺农等有效措施,为缩小该地区城乡中小学体育的差距建言献策。
With the investigation and interview, random sampling, literature, comparative analysis, site visits and other methods,it made an andlysis of the status of urban and rural school PE in southeast of Chongqing, such as the situation in physical education, extracurricular activities, status, physical education teachers, sports material conditions, government functions in rural schools, sports staff attitudes toward research, then made emancipate our minds, ideas and construction of physical education curriculum for the school system in urban and rural; established to ensure the normal functioning of PE funds system, expanding financing channels, to increase funding inputs to improve school sports infrastructure; strengthening teachers, to mobilize the enthusiasm of PE teachers; local conditions, individualized and constantly improve the level of physical education; increase investment, optimize running conditions; developed to satisfy the physical education curricula at all levels of rural schools, teaching and assessment system to achieve the rural and urban physical education teachers share resources, to the city with rural areas, farmers feeding the city, to narrow the gap between urban and rural middle and primary schools.
