摘要
目的综述近年来GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂的研究进展,以期为相关的研究者发现及人工合成GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂提供一些思路。方法查阅近年来国内外相关文献,进行分析总结。结果与结论 GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂作为一类新型的抗血小板聚集剂,具有非常广阔的应用前景。
Objective To review the research progress in the antagonists of GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor,and to provide an idea for the related researchers.Method Both domestic and abroad in the recent years related literatures were analyzed and summarized.Result and Conclusion As a new class of anti-platelet aggregation agent,the antagonists of GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor has very broad prospects.
