摘要
通过搭建一个基于web集成智能信息服务平台,实现在数据整合的基础上融合跨学科的理论和方法,实现了对多种评价对象(国内外高等学校、科研机构、专家学者、学术期刊等)的评价应用集成,使得整个评价过程高度自动化和智能化,从而能极大促进评价工作的规范化和精确化,同时通过深入挖掘评价结果数据,最大化评价信息的社会价值。
This paper set up a web-based intelligent information service platform of scientific research ealuation, achieved in the integration of interdisciplinary theories and methods of data integration on the basis of a variety of evaluation objects （domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, scholars, academic journals, etc. ） To evaluate the integration of the entire evaluation process highly automated and intelligent, which can greatly promote the standardization and preciseness of the evaluation work, while excavation through in-depth evaluation of the resulting data to maximize the social value of the evaluation information.
