聚乙烯粉末涂覆工艺在新造船的应用

摘要 本文结合了外高桥船厂管系涂装的实际情况,深入探讨了聚乙烯粉末涂覆工艺在新造船的应用,分析了聚乙烯粉末涂层的外观、管内流体的流动性、涂层耐化学品性能以及粘附力等。实际的施工效果表明相比环氧粉末、橡胶,聚乙烯粉末涂层更适合做钢管内衬材料,且具有环保优势和成本优势。 Combined with SWS practice coating situation for steel pipe, the paper discussed application with polyethylene powder coating process for new ship construction deeply, analyzed powder coating appearance, fluid flowability in pipe, coating resistance to chemicals performance and bonding strength etc. The practice application results indicated, compared with epoxy powder and rubber. polyethylene powder coating was more suitable to be the lining material in pipe, and it had environmental protection advantage and cost advantage.
