摘要
论述了开发新型熔结环氧／聚乙烯双层粉末防腐涂层的意义，介绍了两层涂层结合的关键控制点，喷涂工艺的研究，工艺参数的确定及涂层质量的控制，并和传统防腐涂层进行了全面的对比，证明了该技术适合在我国管道建设中推广使用。
The significance of new fusion bonded double epoxy/PE powder corrosion protection coating is discussed. The key control points of bonding between two layers of coating, study of spray coating process, determination of process parameters and coating quality control are described. By comparison with traditional corrosion protection coatings, the new technology is approved to be feasible in application in the pipeline construction in our country.
