富硒温泉区居民健康状况横断面流行病学调查

摘要 目的:探索富硒偏硅酸低矿化度温泉对人体健康的影响,为今后进一步研究、利用和开发温泉产品提供理论依据。方法:以常住温泉区的居民为研究对象。通过入户问卷、测量身高、体重和血压等获得数据;VFP建立数据库,SPSS进行数据分析。结果:研究对象共881人,男410人,女471人。风湿类疾病与胃部疾病构成较大,结石类疾病不高,皮肤类疾病较少,糖尿病仅1例。结论:富硒偏硅酸低矿化度温泉对皮肤类疾病和糖尿病的发生可能有一定的影响。 Objectives: To explore the influence to human health of the hot spring with low salinity and enriched metasilicic acid; to provide a theoretical basis for further studies on and development of the hot spring; . Methods : All permanent residents of the hot spring area are all qualified objects of study. The home questionnaire survey and the measurement of the' height, weight and blood pressure were taken to obtain data; a database by VFP was established and data were analyzed by SPSS. Results: Among the total of 881 subjects, including 410 male and 471female, a large proportion are patients of rheumatic diseases and stomach disorders constitute, the proportion of lithiasis is not high; there are less skin diseases and only 1 case of diabetes, Conclusions: Selenium-rich metasilicic acid hot springs of low salinity may have some impact on skin diseases and diabetes.
