摘要
182名实习护生按实习时间分为实验组和对照组各91名,实验组采用形成性评价方法,对照组采用传统评价方法,比较两组护生考核成绩,并对实验组护生进行问卷调查。结果表明形成性评价有利于提高护生学习主动性,有助于护生全面发展。
182 nursing students from the ICU were divided into an experimental group and a control group,each consisting of 91 students.The experimental group was assessed with a formative evaluation method while the control group with atraditional evaluation method.The test scores achieved by the two groups were compared.The experimental group was required to answer a questionnaire survey.The results show that the formative evaluation is conducive to improving nursing students' motivation to learn and to comprehensive development of nursing students.
