摘要
以钛白废盐为原料,采用沉淀法制备了MnCO3粉体,研究了工艺条件对MnCO3产率和纯度的影响,对制备的样品进行了XRD、TEM和FT-IR表征.研究结果表明,随着NaHCO3加入量的增加,MnCO3产率逐渐升高;随着反应温度升高,MnCO3产率逐渐增大,而纯度略有所降低;随着反应时间延长,MnCO3产率升高,纯度基本保持不变.样品的表征结果表明所制备的粉体为MnCO3晶体,为具有较好的分散状态的无规则的纳米颗粒和直径约为10 nm的条形纳米棒.
Manganese carbonate powders were prepared by precipitation method using titanium oxide abraum salt as raw material.The influences of process conditions on productivity and purity of samples were studied.Meanwhile,the samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and FT-IR.The results show that the productivity of manganese carbonate increases with the dose of sodium bicarbonate increasing.The productivity of manganese carbonate increases while purity decreases a bit as the temperature rises.The productvity of manganese carbonate increases and the purity decreases slightly with the extending of reaction time.The characterization results indicate that the powders are manganese carbonate crystal which was well dispersed irregular nano-particles and strip nanorod whose width is less than 10 nm.
