摘要
研究分别用甲烷磺酸镁和无水溴化镁两种催化体系,合成了6种不同分子量和邻位率的高邻位线型酚醛树脂。采用1H-NMR、定量13C-NMR、FTIR等方法对其结构进行表征,测得邻位率在80%~90%,分子量在300~950g/mol。采用减压共沸除水法,将6种不同分子量的高邻位线型酚醛环氧化,制得高邻位酚醛环氧树脂。测定了环氧值、溶解性、凝胶时间、软化点、热失重和固化物的玻璃化转变温度。试验结果表明,高邻位线型酚醛树脂环氧化得到的环氧值较同分子量的普通酚醛环氧低,较相同分子量的普通酚醛环氧有较好耐热性。树脂只溶解于强极性非质子溶剂。高邻位线型酚醛环氧树脂的聚合度为1~2。
By using two catalyst systems,i, e. ,magnesium methanesulfone and magnesium bromide, six kinds of number - av- erage high ortho novoalc resins of average molecular weights were synthesized. Structure of resins was characterized by means of FT- IR, 13C- NMR,IH- NMR,which the ortho contents of methylene groups were 80% - 90% and molecular weight in the range of 300 - 950g/mol. Six kinds high ortbo novoalc resins of number - average molecular weight were epoxied by the means of the lower pressure evaporation, and epoxy value, characterizations of solubility, gel - time, soften points, curves of thermogravimetrics and Tg of cured high ortho novolac reisns were detected. Experiments results indicated that the epoxy value of the synthesized novolac epoxy resin was less than the value of normal novolac epoxy resin. In the condition of similar number - average molecular weight, the high temperature resistance of high ortho novolac resin is more excellent than normal novoalc epoxy resin . The high ortho novoalc epoxy resins only solubilise in the nonproton solvent. The degree of polymerization of high ortho novoalc epoxy was in the range of 1 - 2.
