摘要
中国社会历来重视信任,社会信任度也较高,然而,一些研究显示,近些年来中国社会的信任出现了一定的下降趋势。鉴于信任对经济发展和社会和谐的重要作用,必须警惕社会信任的下降,并努力提高社会信任度,这就需要对社会的信任现状有清晰的了解,而现有研究由于样本、信任对象等的局限性并不足以完整反映中国社会的信任状况,这就成为构建中国社会信任指数的必要性和紧迫性所在。要构建中国社会的信任指数,需要对中国社会的信任进行全面考察,并考虑到社会上存在不同类型的信任、信任有不同的交往对象、信任的程度和模式是动态变化的等,以及社会主流价值观、政府行为等对信任的重要影响。
The Chinese people have always attached importance to trust, and the trust extent in China is relatively high. However, several studies show that trust in China is declining in recent decades. Since trust plays an important role in eco nomic development and social harmonious, it is necessary to be vigilant to the declining state and to endeavor to improve it. For this reason, one needs to have a thorough understanding of the trust situation in China. The literature of trust study dis- plays that there are increasing numbers of studies focusing on it, which, however, do not exactly and completely reveal the true condition because they are either un representative of subjects or in-comprehensive of objects. It is therefore necessary and urgent to construct the trust index of China. To achieve this goal, researchers need to investigate it comprehensively and take into account the effects of trust types, the objects of trust, the development of the extent and patterns, and the effects of the relevant social values.
