摘要
通过系列试验和研究,找到了解决强酸工艺制胶易凝胶问题的关键,并从反应原理上进行了分析和解释。用于压制建筑模板,其质量符合GB/T17656—2008《混凝土模板用胶合板》的要求,并大幅度降低了胶黏剂成本。
Through a series of experiments, key factors for solving the curing issue of MUF resin synthesized under strong acidic condition were identified. Its reaction mechanism was analyzed too. When used in plywood for concrete molding applications, the quality of this resin meets the requirements of national standard GB/T 17656--2008. Additionall~ the cost is also decreased significantly.
