摘要
介绍了目前竹胶合板生产中常用的三种ＰＦ树脂的配方和生产工艺，分别用这三种树脂作为胶粘剂对竹帘、竹席进行了浸渍。竹帘竹席经浸胶并经干燥后，按相同方式进行组坯和热压，所得制品按有关标准进行保存强度检验。检测结果表明，ＰＦ树脂胶粘剂与竹胶合板的保存强度之间有密切的关系，当配方和生产工艺不同时，ＰＦ树脂胶粘剂的使用效果有明显的差异。
The recipes and production technologies of three kinds of PF resin commonly used for producingplybamboo are presented. Bamboo curtains and bamboo mats were immersed in these resin respectively, thendried, assembled and hot pressed in the same way. Plybamboos prepared were sampled and tested accordingto standard JG/T 3026 - 1995. The results showed the retention strenth (after boiling, fleezing and dryingtreatment) of the samples was closely related to the kinds of PF resin used.
