摘要
以"体育场馆—区域"的联动发展模式为研究对象,对其概念,基本功能与实现机制进行探索。研究认为"体育场馆-区域"联动发展模式是一种以大型赛事的举办契机、大型综合性场馆建设为根本,综合考虑赛后的可持续发展,充分利用大型赛事召开期间建设的道路、交通、环境、公共设施等一系列配套设施,借助体育馆的升级形成产业链并服务于区域经济的一套针对赛后场馆的发展思路。其主要功能有竞赛健身、休闲生活、旅游观光、娱乐文化等功能。主要利用场馆前期规划与区域发展目标相结合;配套公共设施的建设和完善;完整便利的交通体系等机制实现。
The essay is written with Stadium - Region Linking Developing Mode as the research target and ex- plores its definition, basic function and realization mechanism. Making use of the opportunity of competition admin- istrationsj the basis of establishment of comprehensive venues, the Stadium - Region Linking Developing Mode must make overall consideration of the sustainable development after the competitions, utilize a series of supporting facilities - - such as roads, traffic, environment and public facilities - - in the process of competition administra- tions and form the developing thinking aimed at promoting the industry chain and making service for regional econo- my after- the -game venues. The main functions reflect in race fitness, leisure, tour and sightseeing, and enter- tainment, etc. We attain the goal by combining preliminary planning in venues, the target of regional development, the establishment and the perfection of supporting public facilities, with complete and convenient traffic system.
