摘要
本文检测 48例心绞痛、42例糖尿病和 38例脑血栓患者凝血酶 -抗凝血酶复合物 (TAT)、D-二聚体 (D-D)、P-选择素 (P- selectin)和血管性血友病因子抗原含量 (v WF:Ag)。结果显示 ,与对照组比较 ,患者组以上指标均显著升高 (P<0 .0 5~ <0 .0 1)。其中 ,与稳定型心绞痛相比 ,不稳定型心绞痛的 TAT和 D- D升高更明显。与无合并症者相比 ,糖尿病合并大血管病变者 TAT变化更显著。脑血栓患者急性期以 TAT、P- selectin升高为主 ,而稳定期则出现 D- D的显著升高。结论 :高凝状态患者表现为凝血系统激活、继发性纤溶亢进。
A series of hemostatic parameters were measured in 48 cases of angina、42 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 38 cerebral thrombosis, including thrombin antithrombin complex(TAT)、D dimer (D D)、P selectin and antigen level of von Willebrand Factor(vWF:Ag). The results showed the level of TAT、D D、 P selectin and vWF:Ag were significantly increased (P<0 05) in angina、DM and cerebral thrombosis. In patients with unstable angina (UA), TAT、D D levels were significantly higher than those of the stable angina(SA) group. In DM patients with large vascular diseases, TAT level was significantly higher than that in patients without large vascular diseases. In patients with cerebral thrombosis in acute phase, remarkably higher TAT and P selectin, while lower D D were observed compared with patients in stable phase. Conclusions: There existed the elevation of coagulability and se condary hyperfibrinolysis, as well as the activation of platelets and the injury of vascular endothelium in hypercoagulable state.
