积极心理学理念下医护生健康人格的塑造 被引量：3

摘要 随着医学模式向"生物—心理—社会"医学模式的转变,从事护理专业人员的人格特征显得越来越重要,而积极心理学提倡关注人性积极的一面,它与人格之间紧密相连,且相互促进。以积极心理学为视角探讨医护生健康人格的界定及其塑造途径。
