摘要
参考文献是科技论文不可或缺的重要成分之一,参考文献著录的质量直接影响到论文乃至期刊的学术水平和整体质量。对科技期刊参考文献著录存在的"引而不著"、"著而不引"、过度自引、转引、著录格式欠规范等诸多问题进行了阐述,从作者自查、编辑把关、审稿人协助三个环节提出了相应的防范策略。
References is important component of sci-tech papers. The quality of bibliographic reference determinates the academic standard and overall quality of papers and even sci-tech journal. Many problems of the improper and wrong citations of bibliographic references found in sei-tech papers are summed up, which include ＂quoted without marking＂, ＂marked without quoting＂, excessive self-citation and quoted from a secondary source, nonstandard marking. Proposes several corresponding countermeasures from three aspects, namely, the self-examination by author, editor checking and reviewer giving assistance.
