摘要
新版《文后参考文献著录规则》颁布以来,注释、参考文献的规范问题受到我国期刊界、学术界极大关注。当前,我国现行的几种不尽相同的参考文献著录体系都面临不少问题需要探索。研究和探索注释、参考文献著录规范中存在的问题,关键在于认真学习和贯彻执行国家标准,并在国家标准的基础上,结合人文社会科学的实际,求大同存小异,探寻符合学术成果表达与传播规律的优化统一的著录模式。
Since the new edition of Convention for References was published, conventions of notes and references have aroused great attention by Chinese journals and academia. At present, many problems need to be addressed due to several different convention formats concerning references. It is a key to studying and following the national standards in order to solving the problems in the format of notes and references. In addition, the journals in social sciences and humanities must find out a mutually accepted convention which can both express research results and follow the rules of transmission.
