摘要
介绍了一种对小批量、多品种、多频率的小件物品进行自动拣选的立式智能拣货设备,并通过对该设备信息管理系统的设计与开发,实现了订单处理、自动分拣、自动分箱、数据统计等功能,提高了设备分拣效率和准确性。
In this paper, we introduced an intelligent vertical picking equipment suitable for small-batch, diversified and high-frequency sorting operations and, through designing and developingthe information management system of the equipment, realized functions such as order processing, automatic sorting, automatic carton-loading and data statistics, etc.
