摘要
高校信息化建设是一个复杂的大系统工程 ,如何规范信息系统的建设是一个重要的课题。该文基于信息工程原理提出了高校信息化标准规范的体系结构 ,分别论述了基础设施规范、应用系统规范、信息标准及应用规范、用户规范和信息化管理规程等方面的指标 ,并重点分析了管理信息标准及应用规范的组成及编制原则。研究表明 ,信息化标准和规范已经具备自身的体系结构 ,它的建立和实施对于高等学校(或企业 )的整体信息化建设具有高度的指导和促进作用 。
A university information system is a large engineering system which needs standardization. This article describes a set of university information system specifications including the infrastructure specifications, the application specifications, the information standard and the user management specifications. The paper focuses on the rules for the information specifications and the user management specifications. Through development and implementation of the information specifications will greatly facilitate the development of an integrated information system.
