摘要
首先探讨了第三方物流金融服务及融通仓的基本内涵,接着就第三方物流融通仓运作中的几个关键问题进行了探讨,指出第三方物流融通仓服务要履行一体化服务和信用整合再造的基本功能,就必须在十分注重融通仓的选址布局、与企业采购供应链的融合、与企业区域分销供应链的融合以及采用统一授信额度和担保方式等,最后研究和分析了委托代理和统一授信模式下第三方物流融通仓的运作模式,并给出了对应的解决方案和运行框架机制。
In this paper we first discussed the basic connotation of third party logistics financing service and the financing warehouse, then explored the several key points in the operation of the third party financing warehouses, pointed out that for the warehouses to perform their basic functions of integrated service and credit integration and regeneration, we must place great emphasis on the location, layout plan of the financing warehouses, their innoculation with the purchasing supply chain and regional distribution supply chain of client enterprises, etc., and finally studied the operation mode of the third party financing warehouses under principal-agent and uniform credit extension respectively.
