摘要
融通仓是解决中小企业融资困境的有效途径。结合以前研究,在深入分析开展融通仓可行性的基础上,从参与各方相互关系出发,提出委托模式、统一授信模式、共同委托模式和联盟模式(银行和物流企业)四种融通仓运作模式,并对每种模式的特点进行了比较,最后结合具体的案例进行了分析。
Finance,transportation and warehouse （FTW） is an effective way of solving the financing problem of small and medium enterprises.Based on in depth analysis of the feasibility of carrying out FTW,combining with the previous studies,this paper puts forward to principal-agent mode、united credit mode、common principal-agent mode and alliance mode from mutual relation of each participation side,and analyzed the differences of every operational modes of FTW.In the end we combined with specific cases analyzed.
