摘要
目的探讨术前辅助化疗结合同步腔内半量放疗对Ⅰb2～Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者的疗效。方法选择2007年3月～2009年3月Ⅰb2～Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者60例进行研究。结果所有患者化疗结束后2周评估．肉眼宫颈肿块47例均有不同程度的缩小，或者宫旁浸润改善，有效率90％，化疗副反应轻。结论该方法能明显减少肿块大小，降低临床分期，为手术创造条件。
Objective To investigate the term efficacy of preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy plus synchronization cavity half-dose radiotherapy to the Ⅰb2～Ⅱb cervical cancer patients. Methods Selected 60 cases of Ⅰb2～Ⅱbcer- vical cancer patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2007 to March 2009 and studied their clinical da- ta. Results Assessed all the patients＇ chemotherapy results after 2 weeks, 47 cases of patients＇ cervical tumors nar- rowed in varying degrees from the naked eye or the parametrial invasion was improved, the efficiency was 90%, and the side effects of chemotherapy was light. Conclusion This method can significantly reduce the size of the mass and lower the clinical stage, thus create conditions to the surgery.
