摘要
目的了解我所人力资源现状,为今后人力资源的合理配置提供参考依据。方法收集2011年人事档案资料,并对人力资源配置情况进行分析。结果深圳龙岗区街道防保卫生技术人员总量(2.28/万人)基本满足要求,但人员数量、学历结构、职称结构分布不平衡。结论年龄构成相对合理,应进一步优化学历和职称构成,加强公共卫生人才队伍建设。
Objective To understand the current status of human resources of Pinghu preventive health-care station, for future rational allocation of human resources to provide reference. Methods Colleced 2011 personnel file material, and then analyzing the human resource allocation situation. Results The Shenzhen Longgang district street prevention health care health technology staff amount was (2.28 / ten thousand) basic meet the requirements. But there were some imbalance structure in the personnel quantity, knowledge structure and professional title. Conclusion The age struc- ture is relatively reasonable and it should further optimization of record of formal schooling and professional title structure. And then the most important thing is strengthen the construction of public health talent team.
