摘要
探索科学规范的人事管理模式。提出人力资源是医院发展中最关键、最积极的要素,应完善竞争择优的选人用人机制,推广全员聘用制和人事代理制,建立有效的绩效考核和分配激励机制,坚持“以人为本”的管理理念,切实提高各类人员的工作主动性和积极性,促进医院的发展。
To explore the standardized mode of personnel management. Human resource is the most pivotal and aggressive factor in the hospital development. To make the competitive system of selecting and using personnel perfect, to expand system of the whole member employment and deputy system for personnel management, to build up valid mechanism of performance checking, assigning and encouragement, to insist the management principle "people-centered", to improve the work go-aheadism and positivity of each kind of personnel actually, will help promote the development of the hospital.
