摘要
目的针对临床低年资带教老师较多的现状,探讨如何有效提高护生带教效果。方法将实习护生160人按实习时间分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统的一对一带教法;实验组采用三级制护生带教法,比较两组护生带教效果。结果实验组的护生和初级带教老师理论成绩和操作成绩明显优于对照组,实验组的护生对带教质量满意度明显优于对照组。结论三级制护生带教明显提高了带教质量和带教老师的带教水平。
Objective To discuss about how to improve the teaching effects with nursing students because that the present situation of many junior teachers have few clinical experience. Methods Divided the 160 nursing students into contrast group and experimental group according to the internship time as the contrast group using the traditional method which is called one-on-one teaching method and the experimental group the three-level teaching method, to compare the effects of these two groups. Results Nursing students from the experimental group and the junior teachers perform significantly better than the contrast group in both theory and practice, in addition, the nursing students from the experimental group are more satisfied with the teaching quality as well as the effects in comparison with the con- trast group. Conclusion Teachers apparently make improvements in teaching quality and level with the three-level system nursing teaching method.
