摘要
目的了解护理本科临床实习教学情况 ,分析实习教学中存在的不足 ,以便提出改进措施。方法自行设计问卷 ,对 85～ 96级 131名护理本科毕业生进行实习教学调查。结果 98.4 7%的学生认为有必要安排医疗实习 ,但医疗实习需要进行改革 ;96 .95 %的学生认为在实习后期应安排护理科研实习 ;4 1.98%及 5 8.78%的学生认为班次和工作内容不合适 ;4 5 .80 %的学生认为带教老师专业知识水平低 ,4 8.85 %的学生认为老师教学方法单一、陈旧 ,4 6 .5 6 %的学生认为实习成绩的评价欠客观。结论现行实习模式存在诸多缺陷 ,建议加强临床师资队伍的建设 ,改革临床实习教学模式 。
Objective To study the clinical teaching practice of undergraduate nurses, find out the defects and improve the nursing education Methods The clinical teaching practice of 131 undergraduate nurses from grades 85 to 96 in our school was investigated by a questionnaire Results 98 47 % students considered the medial practice necessary, but it should be reformed; 96 95 % believed nursing scientific research practice was essential during the anaphase of practice; more than 41 98 % and 58 78% thought that working time and assignments were improper; 45 80 % took for the teaching teachers had a low level of special knowledge; 48 85 % thought the teachers could not impart knowledge to them according to their variedmental make up because of their dull and outmoded teaching methods; 46 56 % thought the teachers could not appraise them objectively Conclusion The present practice patterns have many defects, so we should strengthen the building of the contingent of clinical teachers, reform the clinical teaching patterns and enhance the clinical teaching management to improve the quality of teaching
