摘要
室内测定了 2 8、2 1、16和 11℃下球孢白僵菌对桃蚜成蚜的毒力。运用时间 -剂量 -死亡率模型分析了各温度下白僵菌对桃蚜的毒力。结果表明 ,2 8和 2 1℃下 ,桃蚜开始死亡的时间较早 ,而且很快达到较高死亡率。如在 10 7孢子 / ml浓度下 ,桃蚜接菌后 3~ 4天开始死亡 ,第 6天死亡率达 10 0 %。在 2 1℃下 ,白僵菌对桃蚜的致死力比 2 8℃下更强。用同样浓度处理 ,在 16和 11℃下 ,桃蚜分别在接菌后第 6天和第 11天开始死亡 ,第 10天和第 2 0天以后死亡率才达90 %以上。用 10 6孢子 / ml浓度的孢子液处理 ,在 2 8、2 1、16和 11℃下 ,白僵菌对桃蚜的 L T5 0 值分别为 5 .1、3.7、9.2和 18.
Virulence of Beauveria bassiana (Fungi: Hyphomycetes) against the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae (Homoptera: Aphididae) was examined at 28, 21, 16 and 11℃ in the laboratory. A time dose mortality model was used for analyzing the mortality rates as affected by temperature. The results showed that aphids had higher mortality rates at 28 and 21℃ than those at 16 and 11℃. With a concentration of 10 7 conidia/ml, aphids incubated at 28 and 21℃ started to die on the 3rd-4th day and all aphids died on the 6th day. However, aphids tested at 16 and 11℃ began to die on the 6th and 11th day and did not suffer more than 90% mortality until the 10th and 20th day after inoculation. The cumulative mortality rates of the aphids at 21℃ was higher than that at 28℃. With a concentration of 10 6 conidia/ml, the LT 50 of M.persicae at 21, 28, 16 and 11℃ was 3.7, 5.1, 9.2 and 18.7 d respectively.
