Expression of CA9 and VEGF in glioma and their relation with prognosis

摘要 目的研究胶质瘤患者肿瘤组织中CA9和VEGF的表达及其与肿瘤级别和预后的关系。方法免疫组化法检测62例胶质瘤患者瘤组织CA9和VEGF的表达,并对CA9和VEGF的表达与胶质瘤的分级特征及患者生存时间进行统计分析。结果 CA9和VEGF在胶质瘤中表达阳性率分别为59.7%,62.9%。CA9及VEGF的表达阳性率在不同WHO分级中的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kps评分≤70分的患者CA9及VEGF的阳性率显著低于Kps评分>70分的患者(P<0.05)。CA9和VEGF表达阳性患者生存时间显著优于表达阴性的患者(P<0.05)。结论 CA9和VEGF在脑胶质瘤中高表达,且表达的阳性率与肿瘤分级、Kps评分及生存时间相关,可作为胶质瘤负性预后因子。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of carbonic anhydrase 9 ( CA9), vascular en- dothelial growth factor(VEGF) and pathological grade of gliomoas and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of CA9 and VEGF in 62 cases of brain gliomas. The relationship between the expression of CA9, VEGF and pathological grade of gliomas and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of CA9 and VEGF were 59.7% and 62.9%. The difference of CA9 and VEGF positive rates in several pathological grades was sig- nificant (P 〈 0.05 ). CA9 and VEGF positive rates of Kps≤70 group were lower than Kps 〉 70 group. The survival time of CA9 and VEGF positive patients were longer than negative patients ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CA9 and VEGF are over ex- pressied in gliomoas. The expression rates of CA9 and VEGF correlate to the pathological grade, Kps score and survival time. They can be served as negative prognosis factor.
