摘要
研究美日韩三国科技政策的演变,总结科技演变的特点,借鉴美日韩三国科技政策的优点,优化我国的科技政策,将对我国实现"科教兴国"和"科技优先发展"战略具有重要意义。
The paper studies the evolution of science and technology policy of Japan, South Korea and the U. S and summarize the characteristics of technological evolution. It proposes that it＇ s necessary to learn from them in order to improve our policy of sciences. It is of great significance to our country for realizing the strategy about ＂gives priority to the development of science and technology＂ and ＂develop country through science and education＂.
