摘要
韩国在短期内快速提升科技水平,成为国际专利申请大国。韩国值得中国学习和借鉴的经验是:以企业为主力军申请专利,突破尖端科技领域的专利申请,塑造国际专利信息中心形象,推进本国技术成为国际标准,推荐本国专家进入国际科技和专利机构工作,投入巨资培养摘取诺贝尔奖的科学家和专利技术后备人才。
With the powerful country on level of science and technology being improved rapidly in a short time, Korea has become a great the application of international patent. The experience for China to learn are the patent application of taking enterprises as main sources and the breakthrough of tip science and technology fields, the way of mould the image of international patent information centre, the action of pushing on domestic technology under international standards, recommending its experts to enter the international science and technology institutions and patent ones, and investing a great fund in developing the scientists who gain Nobel Prize and reserve talent on patent technology.
