摘要
[目的]采用高效液相色谱法测定脑络通胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。[方法]色谱柱为Shin—packCLC—ODS柱（5μm，6min×150mm）；流动相为醇-水（77：23）；流速：1．0m‰in；检测波长：270nm。[结果]丹参酮ⅡA在0．174—0．870μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999）；平均回收率为98．51％，RSD=I．18％（n=5）。[结论]该法简便、快速、灵敏，可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Obstract： [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Tanshinone H A in Erluotong capsule. [Method] The Shin-pack CLC-ODS column （5 μm,6 mm×150 ram）was used,the methanol-water （77：23）as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 270 nm. 0.99999,the average recovery was 98.51%,RSD=1.18%（n=5） quality control of Naoluotong capsule.
