摘要
目的优选丹参酮ⅡA提取工艺。方法以丹参酮ⅡA含量为检测评价指标,用HPLC法测定其含量,对其提取条件进行正交试验分析。结果丹参酮ⅡA的最佳提取工艺为:采用超声法,以70%乙醇提取4次,30 min.次-1。丹参酮ⅡA在4.02~100.4μg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好。结论使用超声法提取丹参中丹参酮ⅡA,效果好,省时省力,可用于批量生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of tanshinone ⅡA.Methods With tanshinone ⅡA for the detection index of evaluation,the extraction conditions were analyzed by orthogonal test.Results The optimum extraction of tanshinone ⅡA was as follows:ultrasound with 70% ethanol extraction 4 times,each time 30 min.Linearity for tanshinone ⅡA was good at 4.02~100.4 μg·mL-1.Conclusion Ultrasound extraction of tanshinone ⅡA is effective and quick,and it can be used for mass production.
