摘要
本文报导了从山西甘草中分离出的八种化合物 ,经化学方法和光谱分析 ( UV,IR,MS,1H NMR和 13C NMR)鉴定出其中六种化合物 : 蔗糖 ( sucrose) ; 4 ',5,7-三羟基 - 8-异戊烯基黄酮 ( 4 ',5,7- Trihydroxy- 8- prenyl- flavone) ; 异芒柄花甙( Isoononin) ; 4 ',7-二羟基黄酮 ( 4 ',7- Dihydroxyflavone) ; ( liquiritin) ; 3-β-羟基 -11-氧化 -剂墩果 - 12 -烯 - 30 -羧基 - 3- O-β- D-葡萄吡喃糖醛酸正丁酯 ( 1- 2 ) -β- D-葡萄糖吡喃糖醛酸正丁酯甙 ,被命名为乌拉尔甘草皂甙甲二正丁酯 ( Di- n- butyl Uralsaponin Aesters) ,其中化合物 尚未见文献报道。
Eightchemical constituents were isolated from Glycyrrhiza in Shanxi.Six chemical structures were elucidated by means of chemical and spectrometric analysis in the eight chemical Components( UV,IR,MS,1 H NMR,1 3C NMR) .Six of them were identified as Sucrose( ) ,4',5 ,7- Trihydroxy- 8- prenylflavone( ) ,Isoononin( ) ,4',7- Dihydroxyflavone ( ) ,L iquiritin ( ) ,3- β- hydroxy- 1 1 - oxo- olean- 1 2 - en- 30 - oic acid- 3- o- β- D- ( n- butyl- glucuronopyranosyl ester ) - ( 1 - 2 ) -β- D- ( n- butyl- ghucuronopyranosyl ester ) ,the new compound was named Di- n- butyl Uralsaponin A esters( ) .All of them were isolated from Glycyrrhiza in Shanxi for the first time.
