A new flavonoid glycoside from Epimedium koreanum Nakai

摘要 目的对朝鲜淫羊藿提取物进行化学成分的研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH 20和制备HPLC等手段分离,利用理化性质和光谱方法鉴定。结果得到化合物1,鉴定为3,5,7 trihydroxyl 4′methoxy 8(3″hydroxyisopentyl)flavone 7OβDglucopyranosyl 3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→3)αL(4 acetyl)rhamnopyranoside。结论该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为朝藿苷F(Caohuoside F)。 Objective To study the constituents of the extract from the Epimedium koreanum Nakai. Methods A chemical constituent was isolated by silica, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identifi- cation. Result Compound 1 was obtained and its structure was identified as 3,5,7-trihydroxyl-4′-methoxy-8-(3″-hydroxyisopentyl)-flavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-(4-acetyl)rhamnopyranoside. Conclnsion Compound 1 is a new flavonoid glycoside which has not been reported before, named caohuoside F.
