摘要
曲轴采用制坯辊锻工艺后,锻件上出现了一些小耳朵缺陷。分析其原因,主要影响因素是过渡圆角和辊锻道次的匹配。利用DEFORM进行模拟优化改进后,发现过渡圆角半径20mm时为最宜;第2道次辊锻时,锻件的夹持端距离辊锻模具端部的距离为45mm时,道次匹配最合理。经过生产试验验证,改进后的工艺使缺陷达到最小。
After using performing roll forging, crankshaft forgings arise some defects of small ear. Analyzing the reasons, the main factors are the transition fillet and matching of roll forging passage. After the simulation and optimization improvements using DEFORM, it was found that the transition fillet 20 mm is optimum; when second roll forging, the most reasonable passage matching distance, namely, from the gripping end of the forgings to the roll forging die end is 45 mm. Through the test validation of production, improved process makes defect reach least.
