摘要
分析了带壳体从动锥齿轮锻件的锻造工艺,通过对模锻工艺和辗扩工艺的对比,论证了辗扩工艺的优越性。设计了相应的辗扩及制坯模,对类似零件的锻造工艺设计有较好的指导和借鉴作用。
The forging technics of driven bevle gear with shell is analyzed in this paper. By comparing contour forging technics with ring rolling technics, ring rolling technics is proved to be superior. The corresponding ring roiling blank model is designed, which can instruct similar parts' forging technics design or be a reference for it.
