摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎的效果。方法 对 1 0 8例慢性咽炎患者给予YAG激光治疗及 He Ne激光局部病灶区照射 ,并随机分为 2组 ,分别给予中草药养阴清肺汤 (中西医结合组 )或西药 (西医组 )治疗。结果 中西医结合组总有效率达 98.1 % ,西医组有效率81 .5% ,2组比较 ,有极显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性咽炎疗效明显高于单纯西医治疗组。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic pharyngitis. Methods 108 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=54) integration of traditional Chinese medicine and YAG laser irradiation was utilized and in control group (n=54) integration of routine western medicine treatment and laser irradiation was applied. Results The total effective rate (98.1%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (81.5%, P<0.01). Conclusions Integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is a more effective therapy for chronic pharyngitis.
