摘要
应用 YAG 激光治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎98例,同时设对照30例采用传统外科手术治疗(下鼻甲部分切除术)。结果:激光组和手术组的治愈率分别为58.16%和73.33%,有效率均为100%。两组疗效差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。对 YAG 激光的特性、治疗原理等问题进行了讨论,强调了激光治疗的优点及疗效的可靠性。
Ninty—eight patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by YAG laser.And 30 patients with(the control group)were treated by the traditional operation of partial inferotur- binectomy.The results showed that the cure rate was 58.16% in laser group.73.33% in surgery group,and the effective rate 100%.There was no significant difference in curative effects between the two groups(P>0.05).The characteristics and the therapeutic theory of YAG laser are dis- cussed and the superiorities and the reliability of this therapy are emphasized.
