听觉脑干诱发电位对畸变产物耳声发射的诊断效能评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的对厦门市妇幼保健院未通过畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)听力筛查的婴幼儿进行听力诊断[主要采用听性脑干反应(ABR)测试],旨在验证DPOAE筛查方法的诊断效能。方法用脑干听觉诱发电位ABR技术对听力筛查未通过的625例(1250耳)婴幼儿(年龄5—12月龄)进行听力学评估。结果≤30dBnHL423耳(33.8%),31~50dBnHL467耳(37.4%),51~70dBnHL152耳(12.2%),71~90dBnHL68耳(5.4%),〉90dBnHL140耳(11.2%)。结论听力筛查未通过耳经过ABR等最后诊断,重度及以上听力障碍达16.6%。 Objective Use ABR test to diagnose the audition of the infants, who were not through the screening, to verify the diagnostic efficiency of screening method DPOAE. Methods Use ABR test to assess the audition of 625 infants(5 to 12 months old) who were not through the screening. Results The ears of which the test result was lower than 30 dB nHL were 423 ( 33.8% ), 467 ears (37.4%) were during 30 - 50 dB nHL, 152 ears( 12.2% ) were during 51 - 70 dB nHL, 68 ears (5.4%) were during 71 -90 dB nHL, 140 ears( 11.2% ) were higher than 90 dB nHL. Conclusions The infants without passing otoacoustic emissions may have varying degrees of hearing loss, among them, the hearing loss in severe and profound accounts for more than 16.6%.
