摘要
在幼儿园教学设计与实施过程中,高结构是低控制的保障,做到高结构才能实现低控制。而高结构也正是为了低控制,因为只有低控制之下才能达到良好的学习效果。高结构低控制不但能够更好地发展学习者的自主能动性和对学习秩序美感的心向,而且能促使学习者更有效地习得相关领域的知识与技能,并提升学习的信心和热情。然而,要很好地应用这一教学理念,教师必须具备扎实的学科知识、对幼儿心理需求保持敏感,并有激励幼儿超越性发展的策略。
The teaching philosophy named "high-structure & low-control" has been introduced in the designing of kindergarten activity. The study found that the teaching philosophy has achieved better results in learning for children have more study confidence and enthusiasm. To application such teaching philosophy, the teacher should have high discipline level, and be sensitive to children's needs, and could motivate their transcendent development.
